A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule an appointment, or for a cancelled appointment to be eligible for a refund.

Please note that children are to be supervised at all times by an adult. We must protect the physical safety of our reptiles, and our visitors. Damage to property or animals will be the responsibility of the adult in charge.

Cages can be opened only by members of our staff, as “love nibbles” can occur when reptiles are handled improperly. Please wash your hands or use hand sanitizer after your tour has completed.

Please show kindness and respect to your tour guide and other visitors. Otherwise, you will be asked to exit.
